Does Roadrunner come to my door?
Yes, tell us the time of your flight and we will schedule your pick-up. Our scheduling
technology ensures you make it to the airport two hours before your domestic flight
or three hours before for international flight.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor incoming flights, so whether you arrive early or late, we are aware of
the status of your flight. You can also use the app or call to notify Roadrunner
of your arrival.
Is the Airport Rideshare Service faster than the Premium Service?
The difference is a maximum of 30 minutes, on average it prolongs the journey by
15 minutes. We optimize the airport shuttle routes with our state-of-the-art, computer
aided dispatch and GPS tracking system.
Where does Roadrunner operate?
Our Airport Rideshare services are available at airports such as LAX, Burbank and
Santa Barbara. Our Premium and Charter services can be booked to and from all areas
of Southern California.

Can children travel on Roadrunner?
We are a child friendly company. We support the strongest safety standard by requiring
all children under 8 years of age to be secured in a child restraint seat for transportation.
It is the responsibility of a child's parent or caregiver to provide the car seat

What is the cancellation policy?
Exclusive rides require 8 hours' notice. Refunds will be issued only
if cancellations are made 8 hours in advance for rideshare services and 72 hours

Does Roadrunner offer group and charter services?

When do I pay for my trip, and what forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and Diner's Club. Your
payment can be taken at the time you book your reservation or on the vehicle. For
corporate accounts we offer the convenience of our Direct Bill Program.
